At his core, Tim is someone who values hard work, honesty, and helping others succeed. His career has taken him from hands-on trades to the world of finance, giving him a grounded perspective on what it takes to build strong foundations — both in life and in business.

Tim’s career path was far from traditional — he began as an automotive technician and later as a welder, roles that taught him persistence, precision, and problem-solving. Over time, he realized that while his back was strong, his mind was stronger, and he chose to pursue a new direction. That decision led him to the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

After school, Tim worked in business risk consulting, helping companies look closely at their financial operations and day-to-day processes. His work centered on finding ways to make businesses more efficient, refine key processes, and improve oversight — all while helping management teams navigate complex regulations. By working side by side with leadership, he learned how to take complicated issues and turn them into clear, practical solutions — implementing changes that made a lasting impact. That experience gave him the tools and perspective to guide others toward stability and growth. His drive to serve small businesses and everyday people comes from those he’s worked alongside and the friends he’s made — people who simply deserve the same trust, attention, and dedication as any larger client.
