- Overview
At his core, Tim values hard work, honesty, and helping others succeed. His career has taken him from hands-on trades to the world of accounting and tax, giving him a grounded perspective on what it takes to build strong, lasting foundations in both life and business.
Tim’s path was far from traditional. He began as an automotive technician and later worked as a welder, roles that taught him persistence, precision, and practical problem-solving. Over time, he decided to pursue a new direction and expand his career into accounting and finance. That decision led him to the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
After graduation, Tim worked in business risk consulting, helping companies evaluate their financial operations and day-to-day processes. His work focused on improving efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and helping management teams navigate complex regulations. By working closely with business leaders, he learned how to break down complicated issues into clear, practical solutions and implement changes that made a real, lasting impact.
Those experiences shape how Tim serves clients today, giving him the tools and perspective to navigate the challenges small businesses and everyday individuals may face. His drive to serve small businesses and everyday people comes from the relationships he’s built and the belief that every client deserves attention, clear communication, and dedicated support.
At Little Tree Financial, Tim combines his experience with his practical, straightforward approach. He is guided by authenticity, honesty, and trust, and believes strong client relationships are the foundation of meaningful, long-term success.
